My Internet At Home Is Down!

It's been about 5 days since I last logged on the internet. I'm now at the Cybermall to check my e-mails, Friendster and everything. I miss posting here! My Internet access at home is down coz there's something wrong with the cable used, our extension phone downstairs is doing good but it's not working on my bedroom. My schedule for this week was changed. It's 5:30PM-2:30AM, I like this schedule coz it's relaxing, not much stress going on. I get to log on the Pinoycentral message board and not only that, I can sleep, I can eat and I can create short funny stories again! I miss this life.

What's up with me the past few days? Last Saturday, after my shift, Blue, Len-Len and I went to Divisoria to buy some cheap stuff. I bought two t-shirts for only 300 pesos! They're really nice, it's brown with a pink Elvis Presley face on the front and the other one has an "ARMY" word written in front of it. They both fit my body well. The next day, I dropped by the Gateway Mall and bought a very cool cargo pants at People Are People, the pants really go with my Army T-shirt.

What's up with the office? Well, my Yahoo Group keeps growing. There are 14 members now! Another issue is Blue, he's not happy with the management's decision on promoting seasoned agents. Well, I felt same way at first but I then realized that we should be happy for those who get promoted coz the management has proved us something, that there is still room for promotion on our account. Lastly, it's a sad news that Dolly already left C3 and applied for same line of work at another call center. I just wish that she'll be happy with her decision. Goodluck!

Finally, It's My Rest Day

Sa wakas, day off ko na! Imagine, for this week, ito lang ang nag-iisa kong day off. Monday is supposed to be my first day off for this week, kaya lang OT/Off ako; Tuesday naman, 10:30PM-7:30PM and hindi ako nag-handle ng calls, puro paper works lang; last night, Wednesday, ang schedule ko ay patayan between 10:30PM til 11:30AM, 14 hours lahat! Ito na ata ang pinakamatagal na duty ko sa buong buhay ko sa C3; and finally, Thursday, day off ko na. Wala naman ako masyado gagawin, sleep, eat, watch TV, surf the net and visit the Pinoy Big Brother website. The show is cool, kaya lang parang bitin yung epsiode kada araw, kulang pa sa excitement. Sige, surf muna ko, byers!

Kapamilya Sa C3

I arrived an hour late last night, no worries coz it's my OT Off. Anyway, my regulatr splits are back! So many calls, I've just migrated more or less 5 accounts. While Ivy is on duty, she suggested that we should form an on-line group, a group where all our officemates or fellow cubists could post some message and pictures. They can air their complain, either work related or not, they could post the name of their crush, they could sell some merchandise or they can even let everyone know their secret. I thought that it will be a great idea since we keep on growing day by day. Applicants are being hired, new cubists and ABS-CBNi agents are trained. I like the idea of having a group, so Ivy said that we should form a group at Yahoo. I've created the group and hopefully, agents would go and be a member. It was Ivy's idea, thanks to her, we're now a group at Yahoo.

Pinoy Big Brother

It's my off today but I am required to render some hours. My schedule for this week has changed, it's back to 10:30PM-7:30AM. It's already 10:15PM and I don't feel like going to the office yet coz it's okay to be late since it's my OT Off tonight.

I've seen the pilot telecast of the new show on TV and it's called Pinoy Big Brother. This show is said to be popular in U.K. and other countries. I think that the show is exciting coz we'll be seeing 12 people under 1 house in 100 days. It will feature their day to day activities and how will they deal with eachother. There's also elimination round and only one housemate will win. I like the show coz most of the male housemates are cute!

I need to fix myself up now. Bye!

I'm A Ninong Again

Countless na ata ang mga inaanak ko! Every year, mayroon akong binyag na pinupuntahan and I'm always one of the Ninongs or should I say Ninangs, hahahaha!!! Instead na kumpletuhin ko ang shift ko ng 8PM-8AM, nagpa-out agad ako ng 5AM which is a normal shift kasi sasama dapat ako sa paghatid ng Ate ko sa airport kaya lang sobrang antok na ako kaya hindi na lang ako sumama and sa binyag na lang ako umattend para hindi naman ako masyado mangarag. Eto, kakagaling ko lang sa binyagan, ang pangalan pala ng inaanak ko ay Jazel, we call her Jaja. She's the daughter of my cousin Toteng and Josie. May diperensya siya sa mata, hindi s'ya nakakakita and naka-schedule siya na operahan anytime soon kaya inuna na ang binyag before the operation. Nakaka-awa naman, anyway, I'm sure she'll do good. I hope that God will cure her.

Video Marathon

It was my off yesterday, Friday, Quezon City Day, my 2nd anniversary at C-Cubed. I woke up around 4 in the morning, too early! I did nothing but surf the net for about 3 hours. By 9:30 I decided to go to the mall and buy some video CD's without taking a bath, I don't smell bad anyway. I bought four video CD's to watch during my free hours. I bought Ella Enchanted, Stigmata, Moulin Rouge and my favorite Romy & Michele's Highschool Reunion. I'm done with Ella Enchanted and Stigamata, I enjoyed the first but not so much on the latter. Stigmata is quite boring. Later I'll be going to work around 8PM, I need to go to the bathroom and pee and take a bath so I won't have a hard time later and after that I'll watch Moulin Rouge. See yah!

By the way, my sister will be leaving tomorrow, her trip was canceled last Wednesday and I believe that I won't make it tomorrow to join them at the airport, so.. I don't know! Bye!

2 Year Old Cubist

Today marks a very special day! August 19, 2003 is when I started training for ABS-CBNi under Customer Contact Center or C-Cubed. I'm now a two year old cubist along with my batchmates Jeff, Jovie, Lindsey and Norvin, we are the survivors of our batch. We're only five left, out of the 21 trainees 2 years ago.

If you'll read most of my blog post from my journal on different sites, you'll read things that speaks of my life at work, my friends at work and how much I wanted to quit work. It's been a year since I've told myself that I don't want to work in a call center anymore but here I am, enjoying my life being an ordinary agent. It seems that I no longer want to quit, it's not that I'm so dedicated to my craft, it's just that what makes me stay longer are my friends and superiors. They're part of my life now. For now, I can't say that I'll stay for another year nor I'll resign anytime soon, come what may, as long as I'm enjoying the environment, I'll stick with C-Cubed. Congratulations to me and my batchmates, may we all prosper! Arriba!

More Than 24 Hours Sleepless

Grabe, gosh, OMG!!!! Lagpas 24 hours na ako gising. If you've read my last post, I promised to sleep in two hours before going to work but that didn't materialize. From 5AM yesterday, til this hour, 10AM I'm still up! Daig ko pa ang isang artista na sobrang busy sa shooting. I'm so tired and sleepy na, I need to sleep now, adios!

The Starry Starry Gallery

I'm now preparing for my shift later, again, 8pm to 8am na naman ang schedule ko. Hopefully, wala masyadong calls like last Monday. Sobrang aga kong nagising kanina, around 5 in the morning and after that, hindi na ako nakatulog, nag-internet na lang ako to the max! I've added some of photos on my Friendster's on-line gallery, just take a look! I took photos of different personalities both local and foreign, enjoy mag-surf kasi kahit sino pwede kong ilagay sa album, of course without permission from the photographer or website to where I get it, I don't care! Bwahahaha!!! The name of the gallery is Starry Starry Album and it includes some of my favorite celebrities like Kris Aquino, Kylie Minogue, Kuh Ledesma and many more, teka, I've noticed something, puro sila letter "K", isama na natin si Kitchie Nadal, hay basta, just take a look and have a great day!

A Not So Bad Shift

I made it! I survived! That's my answer to yesterday's question if I'll ever survive the 8PM to 8AM schedule. Although it seemed half baked coz it's just my first day, I think that I will learn to love this shift.

Before going to the office, I bought a health and lifestyle magazine named Mirror and it features my favorite Iya Villania. She's the reason why I bought the magazine. She's one of the hottest young star here in the Philippines. She's an offspring to a Filipino couple who lives in Australia. This Aussie girl popularize the expression 'heller' in Philippine pop culture coz of her Aussie tongue. Whenever I have a call from Australia, their 'hello' there really sounds 'heller' due to the regional accent, sounds cute! Going back to Iya, she's really beautiful: small face; big round pretty eyes; long legs and perfect volume and cut of hair. Not only she possesses good looks, she also have the talent on singing, dancing, acting and most of all, hosting. She's the best among the three girls of Wowowee and better than Toni in ASAP 05. I just admire Iya.

Well, as for my shift last night, it seems that time run so fast. I didn't even notice that the sun has already risen. I like this shift, most of my colleagues envy me, specially Norvin! Goodluck to your migration spiels! Hahahaha!!! I'm actually home now and still cannot sleep, I'm not that tired anyways. It's my off tonight and still thinking what to do, no plans yet. Maybe I'll sleep and try going to the mall later with my cousin. See yah!

Will I Survive 8am-8pm?

Grabe, mamayang gabi na ang start ng schedule ko from 8 in the evening until 8 in the morning. Sa ngayon, hindi na unusual ang 15 to 20 queue calls, actually, last Friday umabot sa 50 queue calls ang nagreflect sa Avaya which is the highest so far that I've seen during my stay in C3. With my 8PM to 8AM schedule, hindi naman masyadong nakakapagod since apat na splits or products lang naman ang ihahandle ko, Mother Maya called it fantastic four, hehehe. I think na hindi naman masyado nakaka-stress ang schedule na ito coz of those products, bukod sa madaling i-handle, mabilis lang ang flow ng call. Kasama ko sa shift na ito sina Blue, Nat, Marlon at Kuya Arnel, and we'll be handling same products. I'd rather not name those products coz as the usual spiel goes, 'were not allowed to divulge any information about that...' Har har har...

By the way, naka-receive ako ng text from Dolly, she said that Kris Aquino did the hosting of Wowowee in Willie's absence, sayang, wasn't able to watch kasi I'm sleeping. Hmmmp!

My Sister's Farewell

I've been having good feedback on the shorter hair I had from Jessie Mendez. I don't actually know the name of the lady who did my hair coz my stylist from that salon is Roxy who's by the way referred to me by my good friend Janjay. Most of my officemates aren't used to seeing me in a shorter hair coz I just normally have my hair trimmed whenever I go to the salon. Sweet said I look like Tom Cruise, Tessa said I look like a drug addict, and Edu said that I'm so guapo! Bwahahaha!!!

Yesterday, my sister celebrated her farewell party. She's about to leave and join her husband in Dubai. My grandmother from SanFo came over, we call her Lola Meding. When they're about to leave my brother and I decided to drive them home along with my half brother Mico. Lola Meding then agreed for us to drive them home but before that, we'll have to go to Market! Maket! We went there, she treated us with barbecue and ice cream, and bought 3 bottles of red wine which will be needing that night. Most of our relatives came over, unfortunately I was sleeping that time coz I'm so tired! I woke up around 4 in the morning when everybody's gone...

A Shorter Cut

I'm here at Glorietta. Strolling alone and now here at the internet cafe drinking a starwberry-banana fruit shake I bought from Fruit Magic, yum! It's my off yesterday and I'll be on duty later tonight. Just came from Cocobank to pick some bank papers. I can't decide right now if I'll go home or go straight to the office. It's only 4 o'clock in the afternoon and my duty is still around 10 in the evening. If I'll go straight to Eastwood the I have to take at least a nap at the sleeping quarters. By the way, I've had a very short haircut from Jessie Mendez. It's been months since I've had this kind of haircut, it's shorter than the usual cut I've had from Bench, and I kinda like it! Hmmm, it's really hard to be alone!

10:30pm-7:30pm Shift

My shift for this week is between 10:30PM-7:30AM, an hour earlier than my schedule last week. It's better coz I can go home earlier when the sun is not that hot. It's already 9PM and I'm about to leave later, I've ordered food from Annie and I hope that it will taste good. I wish that we'll all have a peaceful and smooth shift tonight!

FYI: Crush daw ako ni Richie! Bwahahaha!!!

Ang Migration

Lagi na akong tinatamad everytime na papasok akong C3, I don't know why, maybe because of the graveyard shift or maybe because of eternal queing. Kanina, hindi naman masyado nakakatamad kasi kaunti lang ang queue at hindi naman masyadong irate ang mga customers.

Most of the TFC subscribers have already received the letter about the partnership between TFC and DirecTV. Iba't-ibang reactions, some find it good, others reacted violently coz they've felt cheated and they don't want the increase in subscription. There's not much of an increase, it's more on switching to DirecTV which will provide them basic English channels. Hay nako, I don't wanna explain anymore, kabisado ko na nga ang mga rates, procedures and everything. Minsan nga napapanag-inipan ko na. The first few days na nag-handle ako ng migration, parang ayaw na ayaw ko kasi medyo mahaba ang transaction and napakaraming dapat sabihin, pero ngayon okay lang kasi it seems na mas mabilis ang oras kapag may kausap ka. One of the most memorable transaction I had is when I called up the customer service hotline of DirecTV to inquire on certain case of the customer, I've called them up twice. The first agent is not accomodating, she said that she doesn't know the answers to my questions, she has no idea, so what is she doing there? The next agent is more of an accomodating person with a sense of customer service, she's able to extend help to me and do what she could to help my customer. Kanina naman, may customer ako na twice na bumagsak sa credit check, she gave me the social security number of her father and grandfather, both didn't pass the credit check, then she gave me her mother's name, and finally, it did pass the credit check. Just don't know what kind of family they are, ang baba ng credit score, bwahahahaha!!!

One thing that we need to keep in mind, we must convince customers to migrate! That's it, no more, no less! Correct? ...syempre as per Kris, correct!

Laffline

Last night we went to a comedy bar along Timog Avenue. It's my first time in a comedy bar, the bar is called Laffline. It's one of the most popular comedy bars in the Metro. I came along with my friends from work, Dolly, Maynard, Jeff, Jovie, Sweet, Renan, MeAnn, Richie, Howell and others.

Before, I never tried going on this kind of bar coz of the notion that stand-up comedian will just humiliate and make fun of you, if not for my friends, I won't come. I'm a bit wrong coz it's a great experience.

Grabe, sobrang nakakatawa yung mga jokes nila, talagang comedy! I saw Kitkat and Vice Ganda do their stints. I think that some of their jokes are scripted but most of it are impromptu that makes it even funnier. One of the funniest things is when they call someone from the audience to sing or joke with. Howell and Maynard were even called on the stage to sing. I was a bit surprised when Howell sang in a girly voice, he looks too good to sing in a girly voice, bwahahaha!!!

I did enjoy the night! I'll surely go back sometime...

As I’ve promised, I bought Barbie’s CD and it’s entitled “Barbie – The Singles”. I got the list of tracks in the album as follows: 1-Torpe, 2-Firewoman, 3-Tabing Ilog, 4-The Dance, 5-Goodnyt, 6-Shiny Red Balloon, 7-Belinda Bye Bye, 8-Dear Paul, 9-Money For Food, 10-Langit Na Naman, 11-Pangarap, 12-All I Need, 13-Limang Dipang Tao, 14-Everyday, 15-Idlip, 16-Independence Day, 17-Good Day and 18-Just A Smile. The Album is under Warner Records, the company who launched Nina, Christian Bautista and Kitchie Nadal. They must be rich now coz their talents are doing very well in the market.

I’m now at the mall, in an internet café, it’s my first time to write a blog post in a café coz I really want to create those posts in private. Just came from work and I’m a bit sleepy now, trying to stay up coz I don’t want to go home yet. Later, I’ll stroll the mall and look for some good stuff to buy., I’m a bit impulsive, doesn’t think twice, I’ll buy whatever I wanna buy even though I don’t have enough money for the rest of the week. That’s the way my life goes, a bit of happy-go-lucky, spoiled and lazy, bwahahahaha!!!!

My eyes are sleepy while my feet are aching, maybe I’ll have a haircut later. Adios!

I Like Barbie

Before going home, Blue and I dropped by Gateway Mall to see some new stuffs on sale. We checked top seller CD's and most of it are from Pinoy musicians. There's Kitchie Nadal, MYMP, Nina, Christian Bautista, Bamboo, Hale and other popular artists these days. I saw Barbie Almalbis' album, I like her voice since her 'Hungry Young Poets' and 'Barbie's Cradles' days. She's one of the best female artists in the country's alternative music scene and not only that, she possesses natural beauty which adds appeal on her package as an artist. I'll surely buy her album soon coz on top of her popular song collection, it comes with a free VCD of some of her performances. I like Barbie!

Keeping The Forum Alive!

Hindi na siguro mawawala pa ang queue sa ABS, it's hopeless! Ok lang yun, we can do nothing about it. For me, it's okay to take ACW's and different AUX's coz I'm getting tired and getting sick of calls having different concerns. Some reasons why I stick with the company is because of my friends and my very considerate superiors, i-add ko na rin yung mga crushes and prospects ko, bwahahaha!!! One thing that keeps me going for now is the improvised message board located on my folder, wag naman sanang mahuli, or else, COC ito. It's fun to write some funny blind items about my co-workers, we called it "Blind Items: Laglagan Portion". Past time lang 'to during my breaks, I won't open it while I'm on duty, better be safe than sorry. Hopefully, we could cope up with the fast changing line of our work, I wish we'll survive this.

Dreaming of Luis!

Welcome everyone! It's my first time to post here in Blogger. I got several blogs on different blogspots like Friendster, Downelink, Hi-5 and Xanga, however this one is kinda different coz I think that this site is more on blogspots rather than being an on-line profile.

How did I get here? Before I woke up, I dreamt of Luis Manzano seeking help on his school project for him to pass a certain subject. I helped him go somewhere where we can find solution to his problem, I saw fruitshakes and some phone pics of him on my cellphone in my dream. The latter part of my dream is the sweetest, I've received a text message from Luis and he's thanking me for helping him even though he failed the subject, he also gave me his land phone so I can call him anytime. Well, I have a crush on Luis Manzano, he's cute and very talented. The reason I found this blogspot is when I searched his name over Yahoo and voila!, I found Blogger! Luis or someone pretending to be Luis is posting on this blog, I just hope that it's the real Lucky.

I think that this blogspot will help me reveal more of myself coz it's not that popular, though I can say that Downelink is still my number one blogspot coz it's a site for queers like me! Hope to have more blogs on this site! Thank you.
